Morse Consultants has completed a project on Harling House, South London, on behalf of its long term client Venaglass.

 Venaglass, which has an extensive property porfolio, has been using Morse Services for over 20 years to provide a range of expert property services.

 The project, which has involved carrying out major repairs to the externals of the building, which was built around 1925, is being undertaken in line with a substantial internal refurbishment of the building, also Project managed by Morse Consulatnts. Work included repairs to brickwork, roofs, window frames and windows.

 “This really was a complicated project adue to its location and it has only been decorated via abseiling for a number of years. By erecting a full scaffold it allowed us to get up close and personal and deal with a back log of maintenance issues” said Steve Hogevold who managed the project team. “The building has had a thorough overhaul and we are delighted to hand it back to our client following completion of the project.”
