Brewers has appointed Morse to carry out surveys on its properties following acquisition of a national decorating company.

Brewers has acquired 38 PaintWell stores from administrators which are located across the UK, and as part of the acquisition process need to carry out Schedules of Condition to record the buildings.

The work involves short turnaround to fit into the legal timeframes and Frameworks. Locations range from the South East to North West.

Steve Hogevold commented on the work: “We’ve worked with Brewers for a number of years now and our service enables them to record the condition of the building and benchmarking that against the lease. This enables the company to understand its short and long term obligations and manage their risk across a large number of properties and different landlords.”
