Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed to undertake a survey of Milton Hill House on behalf of WRVS to assess potential dilapidations liabilities. The property comprised the main Victorian building with outbuildings providing 113 bedrooms, 29 meeting/training rooms, a health suite and 52 acres of grounds.

The instruction involved reviewing the existing lease and legal documention and inspecting the property and instructing specialists to undertake a review of mechanical/electrical, pool and drainage installations. The potential dilapidations liabilites could then be assessed and budget costs provided.
