Project Overview:
Working in partnership with Vail Williams’ Asset Management, Morse
Consultants was appointed to advise UTi Worldwide (UK) Ltd of its Dilapidations
Liability in respect of a number of properties within its UK portfolio.
Morse undertook detailed reviews of lease documentation prior to site
inspections in order to produce a comprehensive assessment together with
advice on how to proactively manage the landlord’s claims.
This project was carried out under strict time constraints in order to meet
UTi Worldwide (UK) Ltd’s deadline.
