Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by leading global engineering company Parsons Brinckerhoff, to provide specialist building surveying expertise with surveys of 14 above-ground stations for Transport for London (TFL).

The surveys involved inspections of station and platform areas to advise TFL on the current condition of the building fabric. The surveys were benchmarked against stringent industry standards in order to produce a planned maintenance programme over 10 years with associated costs, in co-ordination with engineering specialists. The reports were undertaken within a strict timescale to assist TFL with the transfer of stations into their control.
