Project Overview:
Working in partnership with Vail Williams’ Asset Management, Morse Consultants
was appointed to inspect, assess the state of repair and provide a 10-year planned
maintenance programme on 8 local authority owned staff houses.
The properties were of varied ages and construction and Morse had to prioritise
expenditure to ensure the best value and efficiency for the Council. Morse also
produced tender documents to carry out works in the first year for those
properties requiring more urgent refurbishment.
