Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by Spring Health Leisure to project manage the refurbishment of its health club in Hampstead, London.

Morse worked closely with the Spring Health client team and the selected contractor to manage the project to a high standard of finish in an occupied building. As part of the appointment, Morse was also required to obtain the necessary permissions from the Landlord and liaise with local neighbouring residents. The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of programme and under budget.
