Project Overview:
Following previous successful projects for Spring Health Leisure, Morse Consultants was appointed to design and project manage the refurbishment of the cardiovascular and resistance gyms at the company’s flagship health club at Pools on the Park in Richmond.

Morse worked closely with the client team and specialist contractors to manage the project implementation within very strict budget and time constraints whilst maintaining normal operations within the occupied building.
