Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed to undertake an acquisition survey of Richards House for occupation by the client. The property comprised approx. 7,000sqft of office accommodation over three floors located in the redeveloped town centre of Didcot.

The instruction involved examining the proposed lease documentation and inspecting the building fabric and grounds to report of the current condition of the demise. A survey report was then prepared to advise on any current, potential and future defects/issues, legislative requirements and lease issues complete with budget costs where appropriate.
