Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by Overbury plc to assist with complying with the CDM Regulations 2007 in relation to the fit out of Dunlop Court, its new regional office in Birmingham.

Morse worked alongside Overbury, who in this instance was both the client and principal contractor, to fulfil its duties under the CDM Regulations and ensure that a strong focus on Health and Safety was maintained throughout the duration of the project.

From inception of the project, Morse was a crucial part of the project team, attending site meetings, reviewing proposals and advising the client.
