Morse delivers Bicester catering hub

Morse Consultants is delighted to announce the completion of a project to provide a unique facility for an events catering firm.

The facility provides 1500 mof event catering premises for One Event Management (now known as The Proper Food and Drink Company), and includes a large kitchen, tasting rooms and cold storage, as well as staff facilities.

Morse worked closely with the client to design the kitchen, together with the contractor team and suppliers.  ”The project was delivered on an exceptionally tight program, which included installing 1500 mof mezzanine floor,” said Steve Hogevold, managing director of Morse Consultants.  ”We also coordinated the installation of the kitchen, and having the experience of project managing many food production and processing facilities previously, we knew how important it was to meet both the deadline and stringent requirements of the client.”

The Proper Food and Drink Shed welcomed its first tasting client on Friday 12 January.
