Morse delivers latest project at Harling House
Morse has completed the latest in a series of projects for Venaglass on one of its five-storey office building in London.
Harling House, a former warehouse space that provides office space in Southwark, is managed by one of Morse Consultants’ earliest clients, Venaglass. The most recent project delivered by Morse is the refurbishment of the common parts of the building including lift lobbies, WCs and the installation of showers.
“With the increase in people cycling to work, the installation of showers was a particularly crucial part of the project in order to upgrade an older building to provide facilities that meet the changing demands of tenants and their employees,” said Steve Hogevold, managing director of Morse Consultants.
As part of Morse’s ongoing relationship with Venaglass, Morse undertakes dilapidations works, refurbishment projects to floors as and when required, and feasibility studies for larger schemes at Harling, as well as looking after other properties within the Venaglass portfolio.
