Morse shortlisted for RICS Awards 2016


Two of Morse Consultants’ projects for SPACE Studios in London have been shortlisted for the prestigious RICS Awards 2016.

Brickfield Studios, a former waste and recycling centre has been entered into the regeneration category.  Morse project managed the work to convert the disused building into affordable artist studios.  The building is now fully occupied and its transformation has contributed significantly to the regeneration of the immediate area.

Deborah House has been entered into two categories: Commercial and Regeneration.  Morse project managed the complete refurbishment of the building, including the installation of a new façade and green roof.

“We are very honoured that two of the projects we have managed on behalf of the client have been shortlisted for the RICS Awards 2016,” said Steve Hogevold, managing director of Morse Consultants.  “Our working relationship with SPACE has gone from strength to strength and it is immensely satisfying when we deliver a project that has such a positive impact for the client and the immediate surroundings.”
