Morse completes building survey for ProAV

Morse Consultants has carried out an acquisition survey on behalf of ProAV, international supplier of broadcast and professional video equipment.

ProAV purchased the 6,000 sq.ft office premises in Walbrook, Egham in Surrey as part of its expansion plans, and Morse was brought in as part of the acquisition process to inspect the condition of the building and report any problems likely to affect the company as part of the commercial property purchase.

As part of the service, Morse also appointed engineers to look at the Mechanical & Electrical services and advise the client in relation to their condition and future maintenance costs.
