Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by Molecular Devices to design and project
manage the fit out of 15,000sqft of office and warehouse space at Winnersh
Triangle in Wokingham. The project involved working closely with the client team
to formulate the detailed design for linking two separate properties to provide
training space, laboratories, break-out areas and flexible office accommodation
for their company’s European HQ. Morse tendered packages for the individual
works and project managed the implementation within a restricted timeframe.
