Project Overview:
Morse Consultants worked in partnership with Vail Williams’ Asset Management team to undertake an acquisition survey in relation to a lease for part of Kenneth Dibben House.

The survey involved looking at the proposed demise, as well as the building as a whole in order to advise the client of any potential maintenance issues with the building that the client may be exposed to under the service charge.
