Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by Elekta to act as Employers’ Agents and
to project manage the design and build contracts for fitting out 12,000sqft
of office space on the 3rd and 4th floor of Astral Towers in Crawley. This
project was negotiated with Morgan Lovell as principal contractors/designers.
Morse was also appointed to assist Vail Williams with the acquisition of
the property and prepare a detailed schedule of condition to limit Elekta’s
future repairing liability, as well as negotiating with the Landlord to obtain
consent for the alterations.
