Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed to undertake an acquisition survey of a vehicle showroom and office on behalf of Direct Wines Ltd, which was planned to accommodate Direct Wines’ expansion into the High Street retail market.

The instruction involved reviewing the proposed lease documents and fit out proposals in order to advise the client on the general condition of the property; identifying possible issues relating to the fit out works and negotiating with the landlord regarding the on-going maintenance of the building.
