Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed to co-ordinate a team of specialist consultants to undertake a feasbility for a unique sports facility on the historically significant Swanscombe Heritage site.

Dartford Council’s forward thinking philosophy and the proximity to the Palaeolithic archeological site led the design team to create ground-breaking design for a building of this type, utilising environmentally sustainable technologies and materials. The feasibility involved engaging local councillors and the council’s officers to ascertain the project brief and look into the wide range of technologies and materials that could be used to satisfy the demanding client brief.
