Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by Compass Group to act as CDM Co-ordinator for a substantial internal refurbishment and fit out project.

Morse worked alongside the principal contractor and client team to ensure the client was fulfilling their duties under the CDM regulations and that Health and Safety was maintained throughout the project.

From inception of the project, Morse worked as part of the project team, attending site meetings, reviewing proposals, advising the client and preparing the Health and Safety file.
