Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed to manage the re-roofing of the College of Occupational Therapists’ London headquarters building.

The project involved assessing appropriate roofing materials and methods of installation, due to access restrictions and confined areas of work; producing detailed specifications and obtaining competitive tenders for the contract. The project also involved co-ordination with mechanical contractors to remove and relocate roof plant and included for enclosing the majority of the roof top plant in a custom-designed permanent steel profiled sheet housing.
