Project Overview
Morse consultants was appointed by Venaglass Ltd to project manage the refurbishment of Units A, B, C and 4 Hanworth Trading Estate in Feltham, Middlesex. The units each comprise warehouse and ancilliary office accommodation of approx 25,000 ft2 in total.
Morse produced a detailed specification for the works to obtain competitive tenders and managed the works on site. Works included repairs and recoating of the asbestos cement roofs, replacement of rooflights, general refurbishment works including new floor coverings and redecorations, electrical system rationalisation and testing and replacement of mains gas feeds and boilers.
