Project Overview
Morse Consultants was appointed by Nedschroef Fasteners to design and project manage the fit out of its new premises in Oxford. The works were undertaken within a very tight timeframe to coincide with the August shutdown of their main client, BMW, in order to limit the impact on business continuity.
Morse worked with the Nedschroef team to produce scheme designs and detailed specifications to obtain competitive tenders for the works. Morse managed the project on site through to completion working with the client and specialist suppliers to achieve full operation of the facility before it reopened in September.
