Project Overview
Morse Consultants was appointed via Oxfordshire commercial agents Parker Parr to assist James Burden Group with a dilapidated property that had been vacated by a company subsidiary but had several years unexpired on the lease.
Morse produced the initial dilapidations assessment for consideration by the client, produced a detailed specification for the works to obtain competitive tenders and managed the works on site to bring the property into a condition to allow the property to be marketed. Morse also successfully negotiated additional capital contributions from the Landlord to subsidise some of the works and agreed a cap on any future dilapidations liabilities.
