Case Study | Identex
Project Overview
As part of the Phase 1 project managed by Morse Consultants, a mezzanine floor was installed in the warehouse to allow for future expansion of the existing first floor office accommodation. The Phase 2 project involved establishing a full and detailed client’s brief for fitting out the mezzanine floor and extending the office accommodation to create 10,000sqft of open plan high specification offices, within occupied offices to a strict timeframe.
Prior to commencing any works, planning permission was obtained for the installation of windows to serve the new office areas, and landlords’ approval was also obtained.
