Project Overview
Morse Consultants was employed to project manage the refurbishment works to 19 bedrooms at De Vere Hotels in Denham.
The role involved working closely with the Client team to fully refurbish the rooms including re-fitting of the bathrooms. Morse coordinated all the trade sub-contractors, suppliers and client suppliers to deliver the project within a very strict time frame of 4 weeks.
The finished product had to meet the exacting standards of DeVere venues and their clientele, whilst working in an extremely busy and high pressured environment.
