Project Overview:
Morse Consultants was appointed by Aspect Property Management to
project manage the external repair and redecoration of the rear elevations
of Goodwood Court in London.
Morse produced initial budgets for approval and a detailed specification of
works to obtain competitive tenders. Morse also managed the works on-site
which included slate-covered roof renewals, leadwork replacement, asphalt
roof repairs and repairs to the brickwork elevations.
